Well, hello 2015 :) I suppose I'd better come up with some resolutions.

    1. Pay off the remaining £10,840 of debt.
    2. Close down the bead shop.
    3. Get at least four non-agency transcription jobs each month.
    4. Write and publish the transcription book.
    5. Write and publish either six erotic short stories or one erotic novel.
    6. Run the Loch Ness marathon.
    7. Enjoy turning 40 :)
That should keep me fairly busy ;)

Are you really closing down the bead shop ! I have been away ... Head down ;-) xx

Don't feel so bad about having to empty my house now :rotfl:, though as others have said, 1/2 hour a day and you'll see a difference. Why not do that 30 minute alarm thingy?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Ha ha ha lol! Priceless!! All you need is a few bales of straw and it will be complete ;)
Oh seriously though I feel for you, I'm a bit OCD ish and I can't stand it when I get clutter everywhere, my spare room has "stuff" in it and I cover it all with a huge blanket which looks better :)
I bet your yard is spotless though! ;)

  • Hahahaha half a horse! Love it!

Exciting about the marathon! A girl I met at my big race last year is doing it too. I'm contemplating but not quite sure.

Happy training, and hope you have a fab 2015. Onward and upwards! X

half an hour a day and you will soon have that lot sorted! (and did I see a Scooby Doo in the background of one of the photos?)

You did indeed! Mr Minx bought it years ago.

I am :) It's been ten years, time to do something different.

It's just finding the motivation to get started - one really quick win would be to get rid of all the empty cardboard boxes, but the recycling bin is crammed full as it is and the nearest cardboard recycling point is a 52-mile round trip.

:D Just be aware that once you've got them set up you may be faced with an ear-waggling, eye-rolling horse going, '!!!!!! is that???? I'm not going anywhere near it in case it EATS me!!!!' Had to use clicker training to get Merlin to go anywhere near his to start with, once he'd figured it out he was fine though. The pony just strolled in and started munching.

I have a bit of a baler-twine problem, but other than that, yes, it's a lot better than the house ;)

Thank you :) It was unhappy training yesterday, I was supposed to be running 10k, so before I went to feed the horses, I took my Garmin off charge and put it on the hall table, ready to put on when I came back in. Got back in and the dratted thing had frozen, it was completely unresponsive to any button pushes or bezel taps :mad: I've now got to wait a few days for the battery to go flat again which will hopefully free it up, as I really can't afford a new one right now. In the meantime, someone's recommended Strava as a work-round, but looking at it, it's a 23MB install and I don't think I have that much space on my ancient phone!

Enjoy your day and hope the dog is good for you and the vet - is she nervous when there?

Now is the time to be taking those pics and you can post monthly updates ;):);):) just to keep you motivated of course.

Well done on closing down the bead shop and moving on. I am sure it will be worth it in the end and know it was hard for you to do xx
