Yep logged in as me and im the only adminstrator. its in my download window. It say cannot save due to insufficient permissions. Please save to another location.

Take This - I've tried right clicking but there is no option to 'run as adminstrator'

Did you save it to another location? Which Browser?

Its being downloaded in google at the mo, It only say 'save as' when I right click it. Am I doing something wrong? (Probably lol)

Is it downloading OK now?

If not, check where Chrome is trying to download it to

(Click the spanner icon (top right) > Settings > Under The Bonnet)

Download locations is C:\Users\Sarah\Downloads there is the option to change this

If it's downloading OK then no need to change it. Personally I always use the 'ask me each time' option in whichever browser I'm using, so I can decide where the download goes each time.

All the other updates have been fine just not the SP1
