Might go for the factory reset as there seems to be loads of !!!! on here and it's taking forever to do anything.

Hold down the Windows Key and Press Pause/Break.

Top of page will say which Service Pack is installed.

Bottom will show spec of CPU and RAM.

Post that info.

Right its all done. Just got to add anti virus, update windows and get rid of the !!!! thats already here (corel paint shop, and 3 different internet programs) Should be a fun night for me lol.
