Britain has now taken over the mantle of whipcash con artists and compensation scammers from the Americans? we now have gold medal status in lying, cheating and fraudulent claims, still that's what we pay insurance for?

Just off for physio to strengthen my claim ; )

Checking the map, looks like the eternal victim the scousers are going for gold?

after a examination from the hospital they agree i have whiplash, and have treated me for that, with medication and neck brace, so thanks for your reply, i shall contact a solicitor

They always do - it's based on the history that you give to them, rather than a proper medical diagnosis. It's also to cover their own backs, in case you have actually injured yourself, and done any real damage. It wouldn't look good if they'd said there was nothing wrong with you.

I've yet to read a medical record saying that someone definitely has a whiplash injury. It always says "complains of....., advised painkillers and rest.." (for example).

Not saying that you're not injured; just explaining that a "diagnosis" from the hospital doesn't mean much.

And don't get me started on people who have to be cut out of cars - that's becoming more and more popular.
