I can't remember. We have take-aways infrequently, perhaps one every one to two months.

I did have a delicious meal out with my bf a few weeks back. I had fish which was superb.

For me way too much, eating out that is. I went out last weekend, as my dad was visiting us, spent about £20 on my meal and went half us to pay for my dad's meal as his father's day present. Before that was the Wednesday beforehand at Wetherspoons, just before I went cinema (I did use Nectar points to pay for some of the ticket though).

I tend to eat out twice a month on average, and have a take away once or twice a month. But I do buy too many lunches at work, and not just subway sandwiches either, sometimes I buy Nandos for lunch!! But only occasionally.

This is the one thing I'm cutting down, as part of my diet and my money diet. It's hard because there are so many good restaurants in London.
