Afternoon regulars, lurkers, returners and newbies.

Thanks for all your replies, it is clear you are all happy as we are so we shall carry on as is.

Lacking GUAG today, hoovered upstairs, been to lidl, B&Q, dropped DS1 at cricket.

Off to making tape windows for DH next and see if today's paint sample has dried.

    Morning All

I know I don't post very often any more but I vote for keeping the thread the same :)

In my topsy-turvy world it's comforting to have this place of *normal/home* to return to when I want a dose of reality. That probably sounds very selfish of me because I don't participate but I do lurk when I can.

Flylady has been a part of my life for a long time.

I know I communicate with my "flylady friends" on FB/Twitter but it's not the same as this community :D

Dusty & Jue are doing a fab job xx

As for me I'm declining again, those of you who remember the major surgery/trauma of 10 months ago .. well it didn't work & has to be repeated shortly so The Royal Marsden will become my home again for a while :(

And purely for Valli yes HE is still very much part of my life ;)

Love & hugs to all xxx
L-L it's grand to "see" you (((HUG))) I'm not on FB or Twitter, so I've missed you.:o Sorry to hear that you have to have yet more horrible treatment - I will send loads of healing vibes.

Natty have a (((HUG))) MH issues are the pits - trust me, I know!

We're having a "challenging" time at present - well, if I'm honest, nothing's going much to plan today. I cba to type it all out again, Post # 27 on the Daily Thread tells the whole sorry tale.

Mr LW's actually got 15 mins breathing space, so just off to throw egg'n'chips together now.:o

I have been reading Martin's newsletters for years and lurking for a few months on Flylady, but never got round to signing up for the MSE Forum until this week, when I was finally tempted by the chance to get a free copy of "Polish for Dummies".

plabn was to do some cleaning but kitcheb fitter rang and he could fit my tumble drier so...

DS and exOH despatched to she to get TD out. This necessitated moving 2 of the 4 bikes...then I decided to clean the shed. Found the strimmer and decided to give it a final test before fling it - it worked:T - how good it will be I don't know but it's better than nothing and cheaper than a new one so I'll try. Everything removed from shed. Strawberry runners snipped off (haven't had anystrawberries yet so think the runners are best left til later) and grow bag opened ready for lambs lettuce seeds

So although I haven';t doen what I want I have a clean tidy shed and a TD in the kitchen:T

Lunch now then I'll make a start

Hello Lady-Liberty - our DIVA did a special thing there, didn't she?

    hope all goes well

Wolfy - slobbery hug - going to find out why you need it in a mo - oh right - total pear shaped...ouch. I didn't know you could get prescriptions at s/drug! - you can't at ours!

    ooo
was nattering to NDN when something hit me, heard a chirrup and a little sparrow was flittering about. Trapped it in a plant pot - eventually, popped it on a single story roof - ma or pa sparrow appeared and it flew back down to the ground. Cats shut in rooms to give him/her a chance...

I am a lurker who has been trying to use this thread for a few months, and I really appreciate the organisation and motivation it provides. I will try to get involved and post but there are times when my work is just too busy to be able to tackle the lists, so I am not a regular follower but I do try!

This week I re-started following the lists on Friday after a few weeks of minimal cleaning, I am going to try to get all the level 1's done for this week as a good start at least.

Today is one of my laundry days, but the intermittent heavy showers mean that the laundry is just hanging around the house where it will take a long time to dry! Tomorrow looks more promising weather-wise.

Off to sort some more laundry etc!

Afternoon all. I've still been here, just not really posting because I haven't had much to say. I've been cleaning and gardening, doing the washing etc. but not particularly following the lists. I tend to have my own routine now but I still read the posts every day and "thank" them so it doesn't look as though I'm spying ;)

Hello - another lurker here who will hopefully join the "10". To cut a long story short I began following the thread a few months ago with the intention of joining you by posting. Unfortunately my health took a very bad turn and I am currently unable to do much around the house and thought I'd be a bit of a fraud joining in. I'm still not well but if you are willing to accept my minimal "flying " I'd like to try and join in! The thread is a fantastic inspiration and I do admire the lovely sense of community and friendship you all seem to have.

Hi. This is my first post (not sure if I'm doing it right), but if this arrives I want to be a flylady!

I have been one of those 'lurkers' and have been following for a few months now and my home has improved!

Hi to everybody and I hope to join you - you are all so supportive of each other.
