I second the leftovers idea. There are plenty of cultures in the world who don't have specific foods for different times of day, and will happily eat spicy leftovers in the morning. I love cold pizza for breakfast!

What about crackers/water biscuits and cheese or some sort of spread?

Rice cakes are good with a smear of cream cheese.

If you cooked sausages or bacon in advance, you could always bung them in a roll for brekkie.

Do you eat fruit? A banana is a fairly filling fruit that might keep you going till lunch, and isn't too sweet.

How about hard boiled eggs made the night before? That should make you popular with your colleagues... :D
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!

Whip up an egg in a Pyrex ovenproof glass jug, throw in a small amount of grated cheese and cook for about one & a half minutes on Medium in your microwave. If you want bacon in it, slice up a rasher and cook it alone in the jug for a minute before you slosh in the egg and grated cheese.

Oh my goodness - that works! Tried it this morning with 4 eggs (was for me and OH), a slosh of milk, a bit of grated cheese and some snippets of frozen chives. I cooked it for 1 min, then stirrred, then 1 min, then stirred, then 30 seconds. Usually it takes about 15 minutes to make real scrambled eggs while waiting for the pan!

OP - you could do this at work.

those "make cheese toasties in a toaster" bags work well - lakeland do them, but poundstretcher do a cheaper version (I'm pretty sure they have a more catchy name than that though!)

I got some Riso Gallo 3 grains in Tesco (it's a mixture of risotto rice, barley and spelt) which makes a really nice breakfast. The night before, just boil for 15-20 minutes until tender, then reheat in the microwave, and top with a little cheese, butter, chopped tomato or a spoonful of peanut butter for a kind of breakfast risotto/savoury porridge. You could do a sweet topping too, perhaps jam or honey?
