..not hungry in the mornings..
During the week I usually start my morning with two white coffees, then have a piece of fruit 9am(ish) and lunch after 1pm(ish).
During the weekend, it's slightly different - I tend to down five cups of coffee first thing. Then around 11am I usually have an early lunch...

All the traditional breakfast foods seem like junk food to me, all high in sugar and low in protein. You should eat protein at every meal, it's what keeps you full up. As evidenced by Gigervamp's husband.
That depends; I’d say keep your diet varied. Complete proteins are found in animal foods such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products such as yogurt and cheese. Soybeans are the only plant protein considered to be a complete protein.
Plant proteins can be combined to provide all of the essential amino acids and form a complete protein. Examples of combined, complete plant proteins are rice and beans, milk and wheat cereal, and corn and beans.
A diet high in meat can contribute to high cholesterol levels or other diseases such as gout. A high-protein diet may also put a strain on the kidneys.
I'm not saying your diet is too high in protein by the way, I just thought I'd point this out.

I have Breakfast every day without fail. Usually it will be either Weetabix, Alpen or Wholemeal Toast.
I did go for years without breakfast but now, after a diet overhaul resulting in me losing nearly 9 stone in weight in the past year, I couldn't imagine a day without it!0 -

Wow! Do you mind me asking, what did you do to lose the weight?
(I am embarking on a weight loss campaign myself to lose 5 stone.)
