2 slices of toast with strawberry jam and a cup of tea here. Have had the odd bowl of porridge in the morning on my days off work as I have more time to sit down and enjoy it.I hate migraines.0

It depends on my mood and where I am. At uni, I had a lot of porridge to try and save money. I didn't really enjoy eating it that much though. Other times I'll have bran flakes, toast, yoghurt.0

Breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Pauper. Isn’t that what they say?
You shouldn’t really skip breakfast. Some people skip breakfast because they sleep too late or because they think it's a way to stay thin. But skipping breakfast doesn't help people maintain a healthy weight. In fact, someone who skips breakfast tends to eat more calories throughout the day.
Also, miss breakfast and you're missing out on the opportunity to boost your intake of several key vitamins and minerals.
Yoghurt & brioche are also winners for me. Lidl do a really nice custard filled brioche. My nephew and niece sometimes have toasted bagels for breakfast too.
Talking of breakfast, I’ve got porridge on the stove. Yum!0 -
I make a sort of muesli affair with rolled oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit soaked in skimmed milk overnight. If I'm feeling fancy then I might add some fresh fruit in the morning, like grated apple or berries. It's tasty, filling and fairly cheap. In the winter I'll often have porridge but this is nicer for the summer.0

Its toast for me with the occasional scrambled egg.
Breakfast cereals don't keep me going the way homemade bread does.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks
