Watched it last night, seems like a rerun of the his garden makeover programme minus the lady with puppies in her blouse and the handymanThe beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

Oddly enough, on last Fridays GW, Carol Klein remarked there are an estimated 11 million gardens in the UK, so even if it's give or take a million, that's a lot of potential viewers if they can ever sort the format and scheduling out."We could say the government spends like drunken sailors, but that would be unfair to drunken sailors, because the sailors are spending their own money."

I bet garden force was more popular than gw when it was on though. Peoe want gardens but do not necessarily like gardening.
Btw, i was also bored rigid by the titmarsh show and said exactly the same about it being garden force all over again, but i think thats what a lot of people want.0 -

I've bought myself a boxed DVD set of 3 of Geoff Hamilton's series.
This will gives me hours of gardening inspiration whilst avoiding sports on TV.0 -

About anything in particular? Sorry couldn't resist, you must be really tired..;):)
Basically that it was unreasonable to take GW off the air for 4w with gardening being such a national pastime. That they were abrogating their duty to license payers who watch GW. While appreciating olympics/wimbledon etc I did make the point that 'iplayer only' was an option.0
