    2 parts:
To bring a prosecution and a private one at that, you need to know WHO you are prosecuting.

So this shows that you need to identify who you are prosecuting, but you have still failed to show anything that proves or even hints that the OP admitted in writing that they were watching TV.
You were given a contract to sign saying you admitted to watching a television set without a licence by the "inspector" and you signed it .

The OP has not stated this, so you are either psychic or you are fantasizing, and if you're psychic, this should be extremely easy for you to prove.

Personally I prefer to pay for services I use

So do I, hence why I don't pay the LF.

You are allowed to watch TV, you only require a BBC TV Licence if you watch live feeds. Please re-read what the OP said

He has said it in reply to me so once again please re-read what the OP has said. Once he signed it the BBC goon falsified information, unfortunately its quite common.

So do I, I don't use the propaganda machine known as the BBC though. Call me a democrat if you like comrade but that's me. I'm [STRIKE]living[/STRIKE] freeloading in the UK and not North Korea

    Fixed for you.

Ah the BBC trolls do love this don't they. So if you don't pay their propaganda machine you are now a "free loader".

When/if I get Cable or Satellite I demand that you subsidise it for me as you demand people subsidise the BBC for you

My taxes get spent on all sorts of things I would rather they weren't spent on, but the law of the land says I have to pay them, so I do. Those who don't are freel0aders. If you don't like the law of the land then campaign against it, vote against it, or naff off to live somewhere more to your liking.

But if you break it, then I for one hope you end up in prison.

Your argument is completely false, everyone else IS "subsidising" your Cable or Satellite. Everything they buy has a bit added to the cost for the advertising budget.
It never ceases to amaze me how many people think that all commercial television is free.....................

Can you honestly say you never watch live tv
I've been without a BBC TV Licence for over 21yrs so the no contact
approach is 100%. I still get the usual threatening, harrasing and intimidating threatograms but thats about it

BTW. Why is the word "freel0ader" proscribed
