Hi ! I haven't been online over the weekend (too much work) but it is lovely to see how well everyone is doing. And hugs to those who have had a bumpy week, don't forget it is fab just to take care of yourself, keep yourself healthy, get plenty of sleep and relaxtion too!
My new things for last week were swimming a mile without stopping and cooking sugar snap peas (delicious and so easy)! Neither of which I had done before.
This week I have a new book to read (£1.99 off Amazon - How to Do Everything and Be Happy - Peter Jones) which so far is a witty and very useful guide. From what I have read so far it is very much about finding ways to do what you want to do (not 'have to do') and is written in a very English way. I also bought a new top - and spent time choosing something that fit well/I don't have to slim into/is age appropriate/pretty. This might not sound like something new, but normally I just buy anything that fits so this is progress for me :rotfl:
Finally I lost 2lbs this week, so that is 9 lbs in 7 weeks and I'm well chuffed with that. My BMI is officially back in the normal range

Congratulations on all of the weightlosses - well done ladies!!
I will not lose weight today - had a cr*p day at work, all the work I did over the weekend was taken by my boss, passed off as his own and not a thank you in sight:mad: Consequently, I ate my body weight in biscuits:o BUM.
Oh well, it will have to be a very good tea, no snacks and the dreaded Shred L2 again to try to minimise the damage.
I'm doing my best to rise above it and not let it get me down - bad moods never last long with me - life is too short.
Deep breath and smile.......:D (or is that a grimace?)0 -
WW don't sweat about the biscuits, you do what you have to get by some days xxxx and poor show by your boss
Rachel well done on WL and clothes shopping :T
I did 20 mins zumba this afternoon. Boy am I unfit. Gonna build it slowly. Now have tension pains in my back and neckcalls for some yoga and a massage off H later

Just been really honest with myself and added up all the calories for today (including meals in the day and tea just had) and its around 1850 so it could be worse I suppose.
I'll be extra good tomorrow to try to compensate a bit.
Why do we do it to ourselves??:mad:0 -

It is lovely to see all of the exercise and weight loss being posted - go ladies!
Not much to report from me fabbing wise, had my broken tooth fixed last week. Current anti-depressants are making me feel far too tired, only exercise has been walking and I have had to force myself to do that. I will be making an appointment shortly to see if I can swap to another type, as I know feeling this tired isn't right!
I have rejoined the decluttering thread and attempting to get rid of/sell/donate 100 items this month, so have made a start on that. Priority tomorrow is to sort out and list for sale all of the CDs and DVDs I no longer want, to go into my travel savings.0 -

Me too - was a real struggle today - a combination of couldn't be bothered after a bad day, rubbish sleep last night and a come-down from all the biscuit sugar.:o
It really made me feel quite fed up and depressed - think I'm not as used to sugar as I was. Won't be doing that again in a hurry.
But had a healthy tea, plodded through the Shred L2 (not my finest effort but better than nothing), had a bath and did a face scrub and have slathered myself in the new serum. Trying to make myself feel better and its working slowly. A good kip and I'll be back on form. Roll on tomorrow0 -
Shred wise - I'm aiming for 10 days on each level. Now on the way to day 5 L 1 am getting much better and at advanced level for some strength and ab exercises and defo for all cardio. Going great and looking forward to tomorrows quick 20mins.
Wore the floral trousers today and decided these would replace jeans for daywear to the supermarket and errands.
Tomorrows job is to sort out some of the charity shop clothing after work and shredding but I will make a startfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
