Hello Tracey! Welcome to our select gathering of fabulous (well almost!) ladies!
Some brilliant goals to aim for - I'm sure you'll acheive some or all of them with a bit of perserverence.
Just had a scrummy tea of chana masala and toasted pitta bread - am trying to claw back some calories from yesterday which frankly went to pot!:o0 -
Hello all,
been out for a nice walk along coast today, bout 5 miles but a bit sunburnt on my chest, put factor 30 on face! Though my back is now hurting. Really must make dr appoinment to get x-ray results, though think its more muscular pain.
Off to relax with a cider & early night as got to be up early for brownie church parade at 9am!
Eh xx0 -
Good evening everyone
Sounds like most of us are having a good weekend. I'm having a day off exercise today to let my muscles recover before a mountain bike ride tomorrow!
Had a lovely day out with mum and picked up some great Autograph trousers for £5 in the last of the sale rail along with a £5 per una pencil skirt. Both fit great and are very nice indeed so very happy with those bargains!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Morning all! Its miserable here again - getting very fed up of this rain now - where is our summer?
I was gong to do the Couch to 5K thing again this morning but its pouring down so will give it an hour and see if it clears up and if not I'll do something else exercise-wise instead.
Not a lot planned for today - lots of schoolwork to be done so that will take up most of my time. Might watch a movie later of the weather doen't improve. I watched The Woman in Black last night and thougt it was OK but didn't live up to the hype.
I do need to do a bit of routine fabbing - defuzzing, face and body scrub and toenails.
I'll think of my mini-goals for this week too and post them later.
One new thing - I've joined another Meet up Group for over 30s and the first thing they're doing is an evening walk in a couple of weeks time - its only a few miles and I can take the dog so ideal for me.0 -
Just back from the Couch to 5K run - found it a bit easier this time - the dog wasn't too fussed on doing it in the rain though, but my thinking was I'm going to have a shower and get wet after it so the rain didn't matter.
For those of you struggling with exercise (like I was) it does get easier - I'm actually enjoying it now and can see the difference in my shape. I think you sometimes have to force yourself to start but once you're doing it its normally ok.
I'm going to do the Shred Level 2 again today too - once I've had a little rest.
Whilst plodding around the park I came up with this week's mini-goals....
Exercise ...5 days worth (including today)- Sunday - Couch to 5K and Shred L2
- Monday - Shred L2
- Tuesday - Swimming
- Weds - Couch to 5K
- Thurs - day off
- Fri - Shred L2
- Stick to healthy eating diet with no more than 1500 cals a day (usually more like 1300)
- Take more care of my teeth
- Get back into moisturising at night - spotted a few new small wrinkles just above my nose last night and was not happy!

Morning all, bit grey, wet & cold here, church service done with brownies, now home with a cuppa & just had a healthy breakfast. Nothing much planned for day other than chores, maybe i should be productive, have a declutter & sort my wardrobe out!

Morning all
I'm in work today sadlybit I've brought my large bottle of water and healthy snacks with me which is a start!
I started back at Weight Watchers last week so have my first weigh in this week, so fingers crossed!
Put some gradual tan on last night and think I'll do a face mask tonight!
Have a good day all x0 -
I weighed myself yesterday and I've finally hit the one stone loss mark! :j
had a lovely long bath yesterday too. I've not had one in months and I forgot how much I liked just having half an hour to myself with nothing to do or worry about.
my aim for next week is to do a run, I haven't been out for one in yonks!0 -
