banks vairy.. lloyds is midnight, but i think natwest is 2.45am, halifax is between 3 and 5am.

We are with lloyds and it usually updates shortly after 2am. Although a few times this month DH wages hasn't gone until midday so maybe its an ongoing problem Natwest have had.
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

I'm with Lloyds & it normally updates between about 12:30am & 2am for me. DLA due tomorrow night, does anyone know if it's hitting accounts ok as I think DWP use Natwest?
  • extremely unlikely.

Which bit is unlikely? That people are having to fly to India to sort the problem out? If they are just relying on phone calls ("can you tell me what your screen says now?") I would shudder.

just on news-- natwest dont have to pay compensation for losses due to technical issues hence the enfisis on there site TECHNICAL PROBLEM

I wouldn't have thought that stance would hold up in court.

Is online banking down now aswell?

i can get on the main home page but as soon as i click log in, it says diagnose connection problem....

    Everything else works....

Im going to majorly peed off if wages dont go in tuesday, i spent most of thursday arguing with them about no money in my account and at that point they were barely offering money.. i managed to get a temporary credit in the end and they assured me this would be over with thursday....

I just want a rough timescale, the last i read they said the problem had been fixed... what i dont understand... if the problem has been fixed, why is the system not able to update the payments that have gone in after the fix leaving just the back log?

And its not a "glitch" if its lasting for almost a week! id say that is a major issue... in my world a glitch is a minor inconvience that is solved quickly!

This is all quite amazing, when i first read this thread it was only 1 page and i even commented on that first page.

Most people should be able to change their IP address by simply restarting their modem/router/homehub (the thing that plugs into their phone socket). Use www.whatismyip.com before and after to check.

This does not work on Virgin Media though.
