The lotto reference is because it's not first come first served, it's a case of will your order slip through.0

I got everything delivered even after some cancellations emails, and my mums order has been delivered even though she had cancellation email and her account online is showing cancelled?? very odd goings on!0

I'm upset , thats it
Not to receive even one of my 15 items I ordered for my Grandchildren and family is disheartening , especially as I see the order just sitting there every day saying created and have paid for the items too:(
( Would have preferred if they had cancelled or happy if it was partially cancelled even on DAY ONE but 3 days later to be sitting here with an uncancelled order and a very false sense of hope has been rotten! lol )0 -
I've got to be honest - I just hate T's whole unfair system when often even the OP doesn't even get theirs whereas people who ordered after them DO.....
If it was all alot fairer ie first come , first served until the items genuinely went OOS without all this jumpin up and down in price and in and out of stock everyone would be alot CALMER about it all
Can't HELP feeling frustrated that my order has just been sitting there showing as created for 3 whole days and when the prices went back down I had no money left to re-order or possibly order ANYTHING new by then as the money for my original hopeless order was already earmarked straight away of course!!!
If I had TONS of money I would have put a second order through when the prices dropped again just to cover myself but its not for resale or profit but for my dear ones who I love being ABLE to treat now and again but ONLY at these sort of prices , so its not greed its need as in my DGS would not get ANYTHING from me if it wasn't at a highly reduced price unfortunately and it IS gutting when you look forward to seeing their faces light up with their treats from Nan as to me these toys aren't just 'things' or 'an order' my heart is actually in it because it is for my DGS and the emphasis is on the word 'dear' xxx
Oh dear
What bits had you ordered cazzap06?0 -
This thread is getting crazy now.I think a £40 odd toy(original price)is a bit of an expensive birthday present. But its great to see that some people on mse are more fortunate than others with money.I feel extremely sorry for those who actually took the effort to post these items for other people and received nothing themselves.Hopefully in future bargains these people will be a lot luckier and get.0

i hope in future that you get something good first,i totally understand your position as my mum has very little money and hates that she cant buy more for the kids. But i think the grandmas love and time with the kids is far more precious.0 -
cazzap06 i will say your chance is pretty slim in getting them .
all of my order which said created are ALL cancelled. you will get more chance of getting them if it says confirmed. do not be upset thou there should be more glitches to come x i do feel sorry for the OP or whoever that posted the deal but do not get them.
i think now the order goes like created to confirmed (as in picked up by the system) then sent to fulfillment and dispatched.0 -
Only ordered 3 small toys for my grandchildren and had full order cancelled seems you were more lucky if you had not ordered with tesco before as know a friend on here did deal and got all her 10 items tesco as usual not rewarding loyalty only interested in new customers well thats how it seems0

savingannie, the world needs more people with this view. My 6 children (incidentally, one called Annie...!) sadly never knew their Granny and when considering this, all the cheap toys in the world pale into insignificance.......
Thank you, your grandchildren are/will be very lucky indeed to have a role model like yourself.0 -
Sorry can't remember who said about it costing money to phone Tesco - it doesn't have to.

This gets you through to Direct and I've had no issues using it. Hope that helps someone. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0
