Mine has also been taken. Both from my credit card and the debit card (I made 2 orders using different accounts) Not pleased but they did say 3-5 days so we'll have to see.

Just checked bank account and money has just been taken out for orders cancelled 2 days ago. Still awaiting refund of cancelled orders from 16th June. Have to keep a check on this I think....dont know where I am with them.

I have had money taken from credit card and debit card but some refunded back to credit card but nothing yet to debit card, different cards may be slower.

i am sorry if i offended anyone by posting pics, this was not meant to be rubbing it in or bragging, i was just showing people that some orders are getting through and showing pics as proof..as you do get alot of people claiming to have recieved when they havent...

Hello, I was on here and tried to order the mummy pick me up baby born doll the other day and my order was canceled. I have looked for it again on the website and couldn't find it so I decided if its something I want to get I should look at where else I can get it at a good price...I googled and it came up showing me a few places inc Tesco at £5! I thought I would chance it so clicked on the link put it in my basket and ordered it. Have just had a dispatched email (will be delivered to store on Monday!). Hope this helps someone...I wonder if it might work to google some of the other things that have disappeared from Tesco direct too?

Have once again gone in to try to cancel the last item sitting on my direct acc at created. I may not be as strapped for cash as cazza my kids prob wouldn't have appreciated their toys half as much and yeah I hadn't been planning on buying these things had they been full price! I do however like to be able to give my kids nice things and really only do that when I can. Get things on offer. I'm not even too bothered I'm not getting the goods I just want my money back that they took after cancelling my goods so that I can take advantage of other offers/savings avail!

I can not even check my bank account to see what they have taken last week as NatWest systems are still playing up.
