Trust me on this one, i've seen this many times before.

Unfortunately they have TAKEN my money for the items including the LEGO, in total £400. Even with that in mind, I dont have a leg to stand on as in their T&c's a contract is not formed until items are dispatched.

Thanks everyone for getting on board with this, I will be the first to say I have been one of the lucky ones previously to get the bargains from guys and gals on here or on hotukdeals to get bargains from Tesco, but this is wrong, you cant take money from people and then take days to refund you, some people cannot afford it, some people buy to sell on to make some money to give their family better lives and spend the little bit of money they have to hope their venture pays off, after all why shouldnt it. I dont really think Tescos really care to be honest, I think an email to the Big Boss who has stated he wants to go back to roots and give the best customer service ever to its customers. GREAT START TESCO!!!!

I'm being given the run around on an order for 2 Lego Duplo things placed on 15th - email to say delivery would be on 18th, rang on 19th. CS said they could see no problem with the order, which would be arriving probably that same day. So far nothing. Rang CS again, who are 'looking into it'. Hopeless.

Think was able to be quick off the mark this time- my confirmation email is timed at 21.01 but I didn't receive it straight away- I remember anxiously checking my emails-so a bit before then

Those who ordered on Tuesday will have to wait that long as well........ although according to the Manager I spoke to at CS earlier "Tesco refund the money immediately, it's the individual banks which can take the time to process it"!! :eek:
