since you wouldn't usually collect something being delivered, probably just a misunderstanding in the way you phrased it. Enjoy them! Hope one was for you!
Appreciate that, however when items are delivered for collection instore, they still email you with the Yodel tracking number so you can see when it arrives at your store for collection. So when I said it was ready for collection, it is, and I have the Yodel tracking to confirm it arrived at my store earlier today.0 -
got a few items today had some cancellation but tesco have taken out all the funds from my account does this mean i will be getting everything if not where do i stand in regardsto law?? any help much appreciatted0

Mine still showing as 'Created' and not delivered to the store when I feigned ignorance and checked earlier.
The terms are interesting, they do state the first email is
'...an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered and an estimated date for delivery or collection in store, as applicable. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or an acceptance of your order by Tesco. (14.1)
however it is titled 'Order Confirmation' and in the case of collection in store states Click and Collect, collect from <time/date> (not an estimate) which despite their next term
'...Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of your offer until we send you an email notifying you that we have despatched a product to you or notifying you when a product will be available to collect in store (as applicable). At this point, a contract will be made between us for you to buy and us to sell the products that you have ordered from us' (14.2)
would infer this is an acceptance of the order, as the money is also taken before any dispatch. I wonder how these would stand up in court, particularly as these appear to be common occurrences on the Tesco Direct site. Cynics might say this is a very sharp practice and a good way to hold sums of money gathering interest for a few days.0 -

Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j0

I agree with your thought that collect at store orders should be considered a contract once the acknowedgement is received - which is immediately the order is placed. You have put it rather more eloquently than my post #305!0 -
WHY are you capitalizing RANDOM words it is VERY annoying?
DON'T ruddy well READ it then!lol
Once again , on here you are ''not allowed'' to express yourself in anyway you see fit which is not offending anyone or being rude ......Yet you are totally ''allowed'' to offend people and be downright RUDE on here , but that is fine , and God forbid if you make a typing error or grammar or spelling mistake , get a flipping life & like I said if you don't LIKE it you don't have to READ it AND I WILL express myself on here however I WANT , thank you!:D
