DON'T ruddy well READ it then! ;) lol

Once again , on here you are ''not allowed'' to express yourself in anyway you see fit which is not offending anyone or being rude ......Yet you are totally ''allowed'' to offend people and be downright RUDE on here , but that is fine , and God forbid if you make a typing error or grammar or spelling mistake , get a flipping life & like I said if you don't LIKE it you don't have to READ it AND I WILL express myself on here however I WANT , thank you! :D:D

Ha ha, did you get the "Speak and Spell" you were after?

    I've been Money Tipped! Newshound!
None of my orders were showing online as having been dispatched, however popped along to store just to see and I got practically everything I ordered. Therefore for anybody waiting it may be worthwhile checking even if you haven't received confirmation of dispatch. My order included some alien conquest and ninjago lego so looks as though some lego being honoured. My order also included MB dragon, geomag stuff, Toy Story Storyteller, Ben 10 creation chamber and omnitrix and mega bloks tubs. Only thing missing is Hogwarts however I can live that!!

The animagic puppy is still shown as £7.00 but changes to £29.97 when added to your basket as well

Well.. was supposed to be able to collect my Scalextric from 4pm today.

Got an email at 7.30pm to say that it had been cancelled.
3 and a half hours after I could have driven all the way to Tesco to find nothing there.

Every Little Helps my fat a!!e.
    Absolutely terrible company.

See I'd say that cars easel and the peppy puzzles show a def markdown not just a random pricing error

I hadn't thought of it like that but you're right! How can they show you an original price crossed out and how much saving your making and say it's a mistake. The same goes for the Toy Story Interactive Story Teller & Disney Princess Easel, they show a markdown in price too (and there are probably others)!

  • Ok apologies I'm new to all this and don't know how to do quotes etc but to cazzap06 who asked CAN THEY DO THAT????????? I don't believe they can and have found the following information....., they cannot continue to display or offer a wrong price. The only time a company would be liable in this case is if you can prove the price was deliberately marked wrongly or they continued to offer it at the wrong price after they were aware of it. This would be an offence of making a misleading price indication under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. ok I'm no legal expert but they are aware of the misprices and are continuing to offer them at the wrong price I believe it is an offence. I found this info on a website which went on to suggest informing trading standards and they will conduct an investigation and decide whether to prosecute. I understand they will not honour my order and I'm ok with that but I'm not happy that they advertised products at the wrong prices took my money and are now making me wait for a refund. Customer service is appalling, 19,000 unhappy tesco customers, and they are still advertising products at the wrong prices??when will they learn??

I used to work in retail and that is correct.

They cannot say it is a price error and then continue to display the price of the item at that price.
That is a matter for trading standards
