I bet they debited my account after the cheque was sent out just so they can apply late charges...

Just received some post from my previous address and the cheque was sent to my previous address on 25th March even though I changed my address on the 28th of Feb. How useless aqua card is! I will not cash it in since I have requested to credit my cashback to my bank account. It should appear in my account after Easter.

I wouldn't count on it, it seems several people were told it'll be credited to there accounts and asked for bank account numbers and sort code, then they were sent a cheque.

Possibly they were just stalling for time. I'd cash the cheque personally.

You should still have access to your online account to see what has happened, if anything, since your balance was refunded.

Well, I sent in a formal complaint 4 weeks ago and got no reply so far so chanced my arm and called them. Bank transfer will be done in next few days apparently. Got an apology for the delay.

We'll see....
