I haven't had my letter yet, so either they didn't send them all out on the same day, or it's a variation in the postal service.
I wouldn't worry, it's probably on it's way.0 -
I've been waiting for letters from Nationwide, Aqua, and nPower that I know I should be receiving. None has arrived yet, but I did get a letter from Noddle two days after I enquired about something!0

Same, I haven't received one yet, but I don't imagine I'll be one of a select few to retain the 3%, so am assuming I've got it until the same date as everyone else!0 -
Just got my letter today too0

Had my letter this morning.
It looks to me like they are still keeping the 0% overseas (back of the first page) - does anyone else agree?
In which case I might continue to hold this.
A good cashback card while it latest though. Will have one more final spree on it0 -
Had my letter this morning, so it really seems like they are killing off the card in total, and not just reducing the user base.It looks to me like they are still keeping the 0% overseas (back of the first page) - does anyone else agree?
Yes, 0% for purchases, its 3% (min £3) for cash withdrawals, regardless of country.
Note however that a specific rate is not mentioned (you are advised to ring after making the transaction), so the conversion rate may be much higher than you can get elsewhere.0 -
Are you sure? The Reward card and both of the cards on their website all use the standard Mastercard rates, which aren't loaded. It seems likely that the new card will be the same.
I'm pretty sure someone said earlier that there's no Non-Sterling Transaction Fee either, just like the Reward Card, which means perfect exchange rates.0 -

If you read the T&Cs of the new card, section 5, it reads, in 0.2pt font:
"If you make transactions in a foreign currency we will change the amount to sterling at the payment scheme exchange rate used by the payment system on the date the transaction is passed to us by them. You can find out this payment scheme exchange rate by calling us on the customer services number shown on your monthly statement."
To me, that makes no reference to a specific rate (eg. standard master card conversion rate).
It does however state the non-sterling transaction fee is 0%.0 -
