Aqua Reward Credit Card - 3% cashback up to £100/year

I have a feeling that the old account details will work for a while as it is obvious that some banks have not fed the new account details into their system. It would be nice if somebody at Aqua would confirm that the old details will still work and up too which date. (I have tried their customer services but they don't seem know what is going on so maybe somebody else will have more success) I have also had two statements. The first dated the 2 July which makes sense and one dated the 3 July which is complete nonsense.0

I got my normal statement on the 6th, telling me how much cashback I had earned, how much I'd spent and all that other jazz.
Today I got another statement, which has never happened before. I still have to pay back the same amount, but my cashback has gone back down to zero.
Has this been paid into my bank? Or do I have to ring them up? I think... it's been a year. But I'm not 100%.
I received a statement dated the 2nd with £100 cashback, and then one on the 3rd with £0 cashback. I've just got off the phone and had it confirmed that the second statement is incorrect and can be ignored. I get the impression that poor Ellie at Aqua has had this conversation a lot today!0 -
A question to you guys who were early adopters of this card. The card valid from date on the credit agreement was 1/7/12 but the aniversary statement said 20/7/12 - 20/6/13. Does this mean I will be getting the cashback on my next statement this month?0

DP also got this statement today, but has only had the card about 7 months. We'll ignore it for now. Incidentally, he phoned up a couple of weeks ago to ask for a credit limit increase and they said no. A few days after that, they sent his regular monthly statement and they had increased the credit limit from £500 to £650.0 -
I got my cashback last week (sunday) but my wife's statement is a day after mine (25th) but no sign of it yet. Anyone else whose anniversary date is 25th June has yet to receive their cashback?0

Now that we've all had the card for a year are we eligible for another credit limit increase? They're bi-annual aren't they? I think on the previous website there was an option but I don't see it on the new one.0

Seeing as LloydsTSB wont change to use the new sort code and account number for Aqua thought I would make a faster payment using the original sort code and account number. Works fine !!:j0

Just logged in to my Aqua account to see if my £100 cashback has been credited yet - it hasn't. However, I also noticed that they have put my credit limit DOWN from £500 to £250 for no logical reason.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
I think it may be an attempt to make it harder for people to spend large amounts on the card and earn the max cashback ASAP.0
