Sometimes I can login straight away, but sometimes it can takes minutes to get past the first screen. Annoying when all you want to do is check your balance before paying for something!0

Is anybody else having difficulty logging in on Aqua's Online banking?
I know it's consistently terrible, but whenever I try to log in, it says there is an unexpected error and my online account cannot be serviced at this time.
No problems logging in yesterday afternoon.
Just checked again this morning and again no issues logging in.
(Note you'll need to re-register for online access from 23 June 2013)0 -
I have requested a credit increase from £500 (last Tuesday), how long does it take them to get back to you?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0

My terms don't say that. My terms say Aqua reserve the right to send the front loaded money back to where it came from. That is all.
So if you rely on your front loaded money to keep, you may be in for a nasty surprise when you go over your limit because they've returned the money.
They have never sent any money back when I did this. If you went overdrawn because they sent money back, then I'd of thought you would have a good case with the ombudsman, as that could be construed as deliberately making you go into debt.0 -

You should have had a response by now. They were really quick dealing with my request. Assuming no issues with how you have managed your account to date, expect to get a maximum credit limit of £650 (unless you asked for a lower amount).
Have you checked your online account to see if you've been granted a credit limit increase? Perhaps the email was swallowed by your spam filter?
If no increase (and no email), I suggest you give them a call0 -

Yes, they are awful! I hope that they improve vastly after 23rd June (but I'm doubtful).
I had such problems all the time with Internet Explorer. Found that it was much better on Firefox.0 -
I use IE8 & Windows XP btw0

Looks like they have a new signing on page ...I have had to re-register to get access to my accounts. When I sign off and click on "home" I am now taken to a site I do not recognise. Very strange !!0
