Same just happened to me
Reserved mine, went to store saw someone on till next to me. They looked up on system and said oohh theres 5 showing in stock. but they are not in stock :mad:
Good luck to the staff who picked them up ! So much for their reserve and collect serviceTB0 -

Don't put up with this! Same happened to me, I asked for number of Head Office so I could ring and ask them how these could have been sold AFTER I had reserved them (I ordered 2, one for me and one for in-laws). After I said my piece, the warehouse bod (after being winked at by CS bod) decided to ahve one final look in the back. Guess what? He found the 2 I'd ordered. You really shouldn't let them get away with this. OK, if the staff see a cheap item in the store, I've no problem with them buying it, but to nab stuff that customers have already reserved is close to stealing in my book.0
