    Hey missy

Good luck with the lifestyle changes all sounds very positive :)

Bubs is a bit better today he's still a little off his food but is drinking plenty so that's the main thing

The sprinkles you put them in water and they start to thicken up you drink them before they get to thick, I think they then get thicker in your stomach to make you feel full, you can have them as a snack or 20 mins before you eat so you don't eat as much, the reviews people are putting sound good people are losing 4lb in a week they are £30 for 21 sachets so not cheap but worth a go to give me a kick start lol

    Xx

Ok so started on the lifestyle change yesterday. I'm drinking water for a change which I never do. Bought some fruit from the market and I went on the an coaster machine and did 80 reps. It's baby steps I know but all in the right direction!

    Good for you missy!

I might join you with the drinking more water, I drink way to much coffee at the moment, bubs was up twice in the night but surprisingly I don't feel to tired, getting drowned on the school run must have woken me up lol bubs seems a lot better though which is good :)

Right best get some jobs done :) I really have that Friday feeling today!

Have a good day everyone xx

    Hrllo

Roo is in bed and I'm chilling with a cheese sandwich and a glass of wine, haven't done too much today done some jobs and been to see my friend.

Feeling a lot better about things. Have looked at my goals at the beginning of this thread and have spoken to OH and he is going to pay for my OU so I dont have to scratch around trying to find the extra pennies for that, and OH is also (after a lot of persuading and a very long conversation) going to pay for me to go back to the gym so I can get back to my old self :) Have spoke to MIL and she is going to babysit whilst OH is away so I can go a couple of times a week.

Hsve been reading a really good thread on here its called something like frump to fabby and its all about doing nice things for yourself. so I've been trying to do one nice thing for myself a day.

Today I have painted my toenails and actually spent half an hour in the sun. I have also been doing the lifestyle change thing and have been doing the ab coaster every single day, and trying to eat atleast a piece of fruit a day and atleast have a pint of water, baby steps to try and push myself to gradually do more.

    Hey you,

Well done on the small steps. I like the idea of doing nice things for yourself.

Hope you enjoyed the wine :) x

That is great you are going to get to do the OU course and the gym sounds great as well. I think having some time to yourself definately makes you feel good.

I also should be doing something but am on here instead hehe.

We're going Devonish way. Am looking forward to it but going to be an awful lot of work to get all packed and ready to go!

Had a lovely long walk today, got the bargain on the century in the city. I got a pair of Kurt Geiger shoes reduced from £130 to £35!!! I've wanted a pair for ages but could just never afford them!

I've got to do a super clean tonight as OH is coming home tomorrow!!! House is a state!
