Hello, lovely to hear from you choc addict and bells, will think long and hard about training etc.
Roo was tired so I put him to bed and he slept for half an hour until I carelessly woke him up getting the washing out of his room! So haven't done very much this morning
still need to get far more organised to, I find it so difficult to keep the house tidy! X 0 -
Morning, oh dear, Roo did not sleep well! He woke up so many times I lost count, I think he was too hot. He's now exhausted as an I but won't go to sleep. I'm supposed to be going to the gym this morning but from doing so much exercise this week, I now feel like I've been hit by a bus my legs hurt so much, with that and being tired I don't think the gym is the best idea. I've been really good with my eating and I jumped on the scales this morning and have put on weight!!!! So annoying when I've worked so hard
I know muscle weighs heavier than fat etc etc, still v disheartening. 0 -
Don't weigh!! Use a measuring tape or go by the fit of your clothes. Your weight can fluctuate daily due to water retention, hormones and uf you are getting fit your weight will go up.....like u say due to muscle mass. Don't be disheartened. Its hard work getting fit post pregnancy, looking after little ones and keeping in top of the house. You are doing grand. Don't lose heart. Nice to see you back, glad you enjoyed your holiday.
Roo sounds like he is developing briliantly. I think it gets more enjoyable as they develop their own little personalities. Although definately hard work!0 -
Hello,
How were your weekends? I spent the weekend at my dads house, which was nice, busy though, and roo didn't sleep at all as he was just so hot
The house is an absolute tip so when roo has a nap I'm going to have to run around trying to sort everything. Opened my CC bill and found I'd racked up a bill of £100 without even noticing!!! Just bits here and there!!!! Really not happy about that!
In still trying to think of my 5 year plan... Really need to get my bum in gear and get sorted ASAP.
Just drinking my fist coffee of the day, really need a nice instant coffee, any ideas? X0 -

Glad you had a nice weekend. Funny how different babies are, Poppy just crashes out in the heat!
We had a nice weekend, went to a 2nd birthday party and the park and things.
Is so easy to rack up spending i think especially when you take your eye off the ball for a minute.0 -
Well all I seem to have done today is clean!! I have deep cleaned the kitchen, bleach and all! Just need to do the floor, babe is in bed so I'm hoping to atleast get a couple more things done.0

Sounds like you had a nice weekend Wendz, how's poppy getting on? I'm just feeding Roo, realised I hadn't given him his bottle earlier, no wonder he was grumpy poor boy!! See cleanings not good for you, it occupies your mind too much

I managed to deep clean my kitchen, including bleaching, the sunk cooker and work tops. And I've managed to properly clean the en suite, again the first time in ages! Looks so much better now. I watered my garden and my friends but I didn't manage to phone OU. Does cleaning count as exercise?0 -
Theres a couple of things I really need to be doing.
I need to make more of an effort with myself, when I went out the other week I actually looked nice and I felt nice, where as uaually I just look like I haven't bothered, mostly because I haven't..... I also need to be a bit more organised. Justing being one step ahead, so that I am on top of the housework, shopping etc.
so to do list for tomorrow
look at OU
hoover
wash floor
do washing
go to gym
go shopping
tidy up
water gardens
so much to do so little time....0
