Thanks guys, had to take him to the hosp last night as his temp kept going up regardless of calpol, Apparantly he's got a virus. He's not been too bad all day, a little grumpy, so we went to see family and he then cried all the way home, and has only just settled for bed. Poor boy. It's so hard when they're poorly.

Oh has sorted our holiday, we're going camping in Devon, doing a sort of road trip there and back, we're going in the camping for 2 and a half weeks, goodness I hope the weathers good.

Diet starts again tomorrow, so does gaining control of my messy house, it's all fallen to pieces the last few days. Will get back with it this week. Right I'm going to sleeps after my horrendous night last night.

    Speak soon

    morning,

well roo is still poorly :( he was up four times in the night, so tiring, I dont know how i used to do it when he was newborn!

He is in bed and has been for the past hour so have got lots of jobs done, I have:

    2x washing
    hung one load out
    made roo some dinners
    unloaded and reloaded DW
    Watered the garden
    wiped the worktops
    steralised all the bottles

Oh.... that reallyd doesn't look like very much but have seriously been running around all morning!!!

Am back on WW this morning, so will be counting my points, trying to do this as cheaply as possible too instead of buying expensive low cal stuff, as I said before I am just going to try and eat less. I haven't done a big shop for a while, well over a week. have maybe spent about £15 on bits and pieces. Am going to try and last atleast until later on in the week. Maybe Thursday and go to Aldi.

I'm trying to eat out of my stores, so Roo has pasta for lunch, so I'm going to have some too and some hm bread :)

Right going to have a quick catch up on the threads before roo wakes.

Poor roo :( my baby isn't well still either, he's been really restless and upset for days, he is snotty and sickly too on the plus side the temperateure seems to have eased off and he is a little happier today than he has been so fingers crossed the worst is over.

You've done plenty missy have a break, I did some jobs then had a rest whilst baby was asleep. So far I have done washing x2, loaded dishwasher, washed up, wiped round kitchen, been Aldi for nappies, beans and sausages and bread. Gonna try and not overspend on shopping this week and no takeaways OH is on board with this idea so we'll see how it works out lol

Take care and bigs get well hugs for roo xx

    Hey ladies,

I think there must be some nasty virus going about. My friends little one (1yr) was taken into A&E with ridiculous high temp and rash - suspect menigitis but released after the weekend. He still had the temp/poorly but slowly getting better after 4 days.

Well done on getting the bits done Missy, although I think you should rest a little too!

I need to get back on diet, so rubbish at moment and just cancelled gym membership to save money so really need to up the anti. I'm thinking about starting my Rosemary conley diet again, it works and it's just about small portions and healthy choices....should be simple but doesn't stop me reaching for the chocolate :o:o:o In fact I think i'd be skinny if I didn't eat so much chocolate, it seems to be every day of late, oops!

Take care and hope little roo get's better soon.

Bella - hope your little man feels better soon too.

hi bells, I'm sorry your little one is poorly too. Youre right chocaddict I do think there is an awful lot going around.

Well just sitting down for some lunch, better late than never i guess!! mmm its actually really nice, and nice to eat something good rather than chocolate and biscuits which is my norm of late.

second lot of washing is on the line, although it keeps raining on it!! I'm hoping the wind will dry it before the next downpour!

Not sure what to do with my evening, will definitely be going to bed early as so tired, but need to get some bits done.... will see how i feel, hmmmm think I'll have a cup of tea :)
