oh my goodness, what a busy day, I have seriously just sat down. well layed down, I'm in bed already. I have sorted and sorted some more. I don't think upstairs there is much more to sort. I have finished up with, two black bags full of rubbish and 2 full of recycling!

I managed to sort through the bedroom, ensuite and spare room, this doesn't sound like a lot but trust me there was just so much stuff! I even tackled the desk! So all drawers throughout upstairs have been cleared out my underwear drawers just need tidying, all toiletries/cosmetics have been culled and tidied. under the bed has been cleared, everything upstairs is pretty much in its rightful place, which is actually a really nice feeling. So now pretty much everything upstairs is sorted it all just needs a good old clean, get rid of all the cobwebs and get the bathrooms all deep cleaned, but that can wait for when OH is home and I can have a lovely day cleaning without having to work around poor little Roo.

Doing downstairs is a whole other matter, no idea when I'm going to do that, mind you OH is home soon and that can be one of my roo free days. Bless Roo kept trying to help and he kept taking the things out of the drawers! He's so cute bless him.

I slept like a baby, i was so tired, still trying to sort things though, the problem I have now is OH is coming home early!!!!!!!! Which is lovely, but I wasn't expecting him home until tomorrow, but he's coming home this afternoon! And the house looks like weve been robbed!!!! Seriously there is just stuff everywhere!!!! Have managed to get 2 loads of washing dry last night, and have got another 2 taking up every available space on the radiators at the moment. Still got atleast 3 more to do, I have no idea where it all comes from!!!! Right need to come up with an action plan if I'm even going to be half ready by the time I have to go and pick OH up. Roo has just gone to bed, so I think I will see how much I can get done downstairs and finish off upstairs without making too much noise. Then we can both have a bath later on after lunch, and I can hopefully clean the bathroom.

I can empty the bins and clear out the fridge and hopefully do worktops whilst roo has his lunch. Think that's going to have to be the plan of action for now!!

oookkkk so far I have, hung up what feels like tons more washing, washed up, emptied the bins and taken all the rubbish from yesterday out. I've hoovered right through upstairs and dusted.

Now just downstairs!!

Well managed to actually make the house look more or less presentable and myself! And just got to the airport on time. OH is upstairs trying to get Roo to sleep as he is v over excited about having his daddy back, bless him.

I'm absolutely pooped v much looking forward to going to sleep, although I'm sure that's not what OH wants to hear! Anyway, speak soon x

Thanks choc, not feeling too good today think its the combination of a late night and getting up early. Not happy the crockery service we ordered is wrong, the plates haw a really horrible rim round them! Yuk! So will probably have to send them back. Ho hum. Hav been quite productive this morning, have put all the washing away, washed and hung up the white washing and put the rubbish out

You're on a roll! Sorry to hear you're not feeling so great

How frustrating re the crockery! I get excited when I get new things for the house and it's so annoying when they aren't the right thing you ordered :mad:

Bet your house is looking lovely and hope you are feeling much better having got on top of quite a bit.

Would be feeling good apart from an currently at the Drs with Roo as he seems to have an ear problem, he keeps scratching and scratching them so hard they bleed poor boy. And have just been informed by OH that MIL is coming on Roos birthday she's seeing him a couple of days before and I really wanted it to be just us, as a family. Not happy. So tired, won't be late to bed tonight that's for sure. Hope you're all ok.
