Sorry it didn't work out Igamogam but yay to working with new challenges - are these more mad frogs or different kinds of frogs?
Reviews are good- as are holidays
Similar kind of mad frogs just in a different all-singing-all-dancing-purpose-built-state-of-the-art-bucket ;)Age range dropped too starting at early entitlement age:eek: although I will still be with the 5-7s. Another bite at the promotion cherry later in the year.........perhaps;)Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

I have some good news, the company will keep my job open to start in October, such a relief :T I have now two weeks to get my case together, it better be watertight."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

That is great news Marru - hopefully you will be able to get through the otherside of all this madness and breathe a long sigh of relief.
Back from my holiday, really enjoyed it and would recommend the place to anyone (Broadland Holiday Village). We had a hot tub which we used lots, even when it was raining, it was so lovely.
Couldn't wait to pick up our cat this morning, and he did give us lots of head butts when we finally got home, now he is chilling on the settee like we have never been away!OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

Waaaah still got 5 days left here Igamogam - although I will also have big plans for the hols (as always I aim to sort the house, work, the garden, the kids and myself - not bad for 6 weeks!)
Off out for a meal with colleagues tonight, could be fab, could be tedious so will see how it goes and how much alcohol it takes to turn it from tedious to fun :beer:Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

My plans always feature house garden self etc etc - and I tend to 'let things go' at home in the run up to a holiday - dont know why as it just piles on the chores!! I do not go to my staff nights out - not a party pooper but the head always invited the G body:( and I live 45 miles away and they always choose somewhere nasty so I make my excuses (usually the distance reason does the trick;))Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Well it was ok in a kind of weird way although the head is blanking me over an issue (he does not like confrontation so won't talk to me now for about a week -woohoo!)
Today has been good so far - 15 mins in all the rooms upstairs, swimming for ds, dancing for dd, pizza lunch, ice age 4 and very soon some rugby - pretty good all round.
Igamogam - strangely you and I seem to have parallel universes running in our houses as mine is suffering with end of term-it-is and I also think staff do's are overated and usually try to get away from them early. Last night's was ok although there was a lot of b*tching which I tried to stay out of tbh.

Sorry not been about - I have had too much going on. I have unpacked more and gotten rid of stuff via freegle and in the charity shop. Thursday was quite a traumatic day which ended up with dad falling down the stairs at my home and ending up lying in the front garden (we were moving a cabinet down the stairs when he forgot about the return at the bottom of the stairs, the front door was open because we were packing the car). I was so scared that he was dead because he is 77 and quite frail with not an ounce of fat on him so he would have felt every single bump:( Thankfully he appears to be ok - he must be because he has persistently refused to go to the hospital. After that mum had a right go at me which ended up with me having a rant and telling her a few home truths about my depression and I ended up in tears.
Friday was signing day - I now have to attend a workshop and provide yet more proof that I am looking for work, it is hardly my fault that I am not getting interviews or if I do then I am knocked back for spurious reasons. I am waiting for MnS, Morrisons and Sainsbug's to get back to me - I know that I have something at MnS because I passed their Marks & Start programme but now I am waiting for them. Mum suggested that I stop looking so hard for a job and take some time out and do the bare minimum to keep the jobcentre happy - for me that it 6 applications a week:eek:
Marru - sorry to hear about your troubles - packing can be quite tedious as can unpacking at the other end. Good news about the job though delaying your start date.
My garden looks a bit better as mum paid a gardener to strim it and mow it, he also took out two large dead shrubs from the front garden. I found my waterbutt lying on its side so I have put it back where it belongs - we must have had some rain last night because the water butt was empty yesterday morning and now it is full:eek:0
