Positive vines Marru - what time will it be on Wednesday?

Positive vibes also needed here as I have a dodgy tum that won't go and have lost a stone in a month (I have a few spare but would rather lose them sensibly rather than flush them down the loo which is where they are currently going) Off for blood tests and stuff tomorrow then wait and see what the results bring. Bit worried tbh.

Hope all is well Dora and thinking of you - have you got the end of term in your sights yet ;)

Big day for me at work tomorrow - a small chapter closed last week and another may well just open...............fingers and everything crossed :)

Hope your day was good Igamogam and that a suitable door opened up beautifully for you.

Felt fine today but am shattered now and considering if 8.40pm is a reasonable bedtime on a Friday night?

Did go to bed and then didn't wake up till about 9 this morning - thanks dh for entertaining and feeding the kids while I snored.

Today is going to be a day of very little (hopefully) apart from a haircut midafternoon.

Sorry I have been missing in action but I have had no internet connection until today.

Much has been going on - I am still unpacking and loads of stuff has been taken to the charity shop including a few bits that were left in the house.

I have been learning new things - how to use the new washing machine and the cooker. I have been packing things away and sorting things out. It seems that the vendors have left me some terracotta pots and more importantly an electric qualcast lawnmower with grass collection box.

Mum is arranging for folks to come in and put in extra sockets (and to put one in one of the sheds so that I can put my freezer in there), she is also asking a chap to come around and strim the lawns front and back and reinstate the borders. A new tv has been promised too as mine is old.

I didnt get that job that I was trialled for despite the excellent feedback, the thing that was against me was age and I wasn't selected based on that because everyone else in the office was in their early 20's and it was felt that an aged crone like me would not fit in:mad: It is back to the drawing board jobs wise...I still have fingers in pies, I am just waiting for the pies to cook.
