    Hi all,

I've posted a link to Memory Girls blog as I have had to fish around as I hadn't saved it in my bookmarks.

I won't be stopping by too much on this thread because if I'm honest it doesn't feel like the Matrix! I know things have evolved but it's gone off in a direction that's not for me.

Wish you all well for your futures, whatever they may be.

When I first joined MSE there was a thread called 'Daily Chat' that was started each day by the first person to arrive! We would just generally chat about our days and if anyone had problems, someone would always be able to help. Eventually these threads petered out, but by then we had formed our own Facebook group and still chat on there. Last weekend I went to the Midlands and met up with some of them and had a great weekend.

Perhaps this thread could just be something like that, general chit chat by whoever is about? It doesn't always have to be about money saving or growing an empire or being the cleverest when it come to money making etc, but just somewhere to offload when sometimes there are things you don't want to say in the real world, but feel okay here because no one actually knows you?

What does anyone think - if no one posts it is just going to die out!

I haven't been posting much this week, as not been well. Think I had better go Drs on Monday as not getting better and think all symptoms now related.

Horace - think you are moving this weekend? Good luck with that.

Marru - ((((((((( )))))))))))) ask the Universe for help to get things progressing smoothly for you.

MSE is like anything else, things progress, people move on, evolve, life changes, their needs/wants change.

You will find all over mse, people no longer posting as things have changed for them and they don't need mse anymore, or life has taken them in a new direction.

it is good though when you see people are able to move on, but it is also good to see that there is still a support system on mse for anyone who needs it.

I am kinda going along with Tenmah.........and like Aesop you will find me on a few other threads. Now I am going to stick my head above the parapet..............I have tried MGs blog but am struggling with it - all a bit samey IYSWIM.Its not holding my interest as much as I thought and I find it difficult to navigate around the threads on the forum...........but that is probably me - not a technophobe but need lots of practice before I get it! But I will still probably drop in there if something grabs me

I find MG's forum hard in that there is no subscribe button. I have to go through my profile to look where I posted, and then check where I posted, but sure this will evolve naturally with time.

But am finding these days just too ill/busy to spend too much time on any particular forum anyway.

But still like to read when on my phone although find it difficult to thank.

so still following certain diaries :)

I am struggling with it too - there doesn't seem to be just a general chat thread, although I might have missed it and jumping from thread to thread doesn't interest me. That was why I didn 't post much on the Matrix because I found it hard to follow - obviously I am a simple girl who likes a simple life!!

Horses for courses as they say - some bits of MG's page interest me, others I'm not reading/keeping up with, depends on where we all are. Have missed being on here as had no internet for 3 days but back on now. Don't mind what form this thread takes as surely it goes wherever those post on it take it - as long as it carries on being supportive and lovely I don't mind.

If any mse twitchers are watching dh is currently cooking 30p for 4 angus quarter pounders from the co-op (if you get there at the right time they sometimes do fab reductions and we lob them i freezer if necessary) so pretty mse I reckon.
