Risk free Will Hill offers
Matched betting

PAD's :T
What are risk free William Hill offers, matched betting and PAD's please, and where can I find out more about them? Also, do you mean online bingo? I'm just looking for some new ways to make my 1%'s and was wondering what these are. Thanks!0 -
On the matched betting board there is a guide to it - it is quite long winded and complicated to start - but OK once you get your head around it!! Basically you take advantage of bookies introductory free bet offers in a RISK FREE way, when you make the bets you cover all your outcomes so you always break even / win. Most people don't believe it can actually work but it does!! Have a read of the thread and PM me if you need help getting your head around it, unfortunately it does take some work to understand and I am completely unable to explain it properly!
PADding is not money making per say just a way of siphoning off money regularly - it stands for Payment a Day and I choose to pay between £1-£2 off my credit card everyday in the hope it will add up eventually!
Bingo for cashback etc has been lucrative in the past but haven't taken up any new offers for a while - I will post if I find any (and would be v grateful if anyone has any suggestions!)

Thanks that's really helpful! I'll have a look at the matched betting thing but I was always taught that betting is a mug's game, so I reckon it'll take me a while to understand how it can ever be risk free! Will have a look later on when I get the laptop out though. Never tried online bingo and know that Sun bingo currently has an offer whereby you deposit £10 and they add another £30 to it, so think I'll give that a try. Just how lucrative has it been for you, if you don't mind me asking?0

Well I'm not one of the lucky 100 millionaires! I won £2.80 on Friday's draw but spent £6.... dammit! The wife "had a feeling" as well... oh well. Back to 1%ing I suppose.
I checked my Paypal account after eBaying £30 worth of stuff and found over £120 in my Paypal! I must've left it in there after a mass clear-out last summer!!! So that is being withdrawn ready to pay of some debtsand will make another % once paid.

Welllllll, it sounds like a lot but I would say easily over £1000 from MBing, although I have been doing it on and off for years - another starting issue is you need a float to take advantage of offers but maybe use some other 1% cash and invest? I totally understand why it is hard to get that you can make money from betting but because it was on here I had faith and investigated more - and I am glad I did!!!
Bingo I would say over £500, but some of those loopholes have closed now - looking on TCB/Quidco is a good place to start so you are "likely" to get cashback and any bingo winnings are a bonus.DFW Nerd #1310 -
Morning everyone,
Decided to "stop" for July's £10 per day challenge so I'm dividing up the money right now.
University = £400 so 16%
House = £72 so 3%
Credit card = £56 so 2%
Holiday £100 so 4% ("cheated" and used £50 I'd put aside already)
Dad £75 so 1.5%
Next up % wise is £28 towards credit cardI like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder

Hi everyone. been a bit awol past few days and had some post payday splurges, i am embarrassed to say. Nothing too bad but i feel bad anyway.
We had a drivethru macdonalds yesterday at a cost of £9 when the kids were asleep (we'd been stuck in traffic on motorway and were starving! Then i bought practical things off my list for the baby which i dont feel too bad about, that came to £33, some was in the sale. My husband spent £20 on walkie talkies to play with the kids with and we spent a few quid on some craft bits for me to make presents with. But considering we are out this thursday for a lunch (this is a regular monthly occurance as i co run a group for parents but husband is coming so will be an extra meal there. And im at pizza hut on saturday (just me) for a friends baby shower, think ill be ordering the cheapest on the menu.... Ok feel better now ive shared that with people who hopefully understand...:o
Im going to join the grocery challenge. Ive set my goal at a not very small £250 as its the first time ive done this. It is to include any household products like bleach, bin bags etc and also all the little shop trips too, it doesnt include pet food as that is bought elsewhere. First Tesco shop of the month was £49.05 which included bin bags and £8 worth of washing powder which was on offer and should last 2 months. It also included the whole months worth of breakfast cerealSo ive got £200.95 left (which seems alot atm!)
Pet food is going to be £25 cheaper this month as we have enough dog food to last the month so its just £21 for the layers pellets for the flocknot counting this difference into any debts yet as still doing monthly plan, it will probably get eaten up on our meal out thursday.
All birthday presents (and cards til xmas) are now bought to see me through until last week in september (i have 3 to budget for then but that will be next month). So dont need to worry about that :cool:
Ebay has been rubbish past 2 weeks as only sold 4/20 things for 99p. Ive a few things i want to list at a few ££'s and my camera again but waiting for the opportune moment. Good news is im getting my £4.38 cheque from music magpie soon :T
Ok waffled on enough now, off to go and see SIL and let the kids play with their cousins for a bit in the hopes they are more manageable this afternoon lol!! And passing the post office to pay last months postage bill, im guessing its around the £60 mark :eek:

Sarah,
don't feel bad about "payday splurges" - if you deny all of life's pleasures then you will not enjoy living. I am big believer in treats; as long as those treats are within your budget and you are still tackling what you owe.Total Credit Card Debt - £6,108/£7,079 (0% until April 2013)

Yes it can be despiriting when we try so hard to put money aside for clearing our bills - only to have more bills arrive! I seem to be continually on that treadmill - all the money I am putting off the cards now will be 'lost' when I have to order £300 of central heating oil - its a vicious circle - but wouel be worse if I was not moneysaving!
My ebay stuff very slow too - I wonder if its better to wait till autumn when more people might be buying for Xmas?Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
Payday, woo! So 3% done
I've also just made my very first ebay sale! Yes it was only a cheap paperback book but every penny counts. I'm going to do a bit of a round up to sell more things.
I've registered with mysurvey and valued opinions as well, i've done a few surverys already and my total is slowly but surely creeping up0
