This is a great idea, I like how it works.
I need to save up as this week i wrote off my carso annoyed, had my first month of new job, budget and everything set to get debts sorted and some emergency savings, and now I have to get a new car asap.
I have £350 already, so I need to get about £450 and I should be able to get one for that.
Had a clear out earlier and going to list on ebay tonight.
Cashed a cheque for £15 today so that is 3.5% already.
Once my car is sorted, I will use this for my debts, which is a similar amount to yours little miss uni debt.
A small suggestion to those who are thinking of doing craft and making things to sell. You do have to tell HMRC if you plan on doing this, you don't have to make a profit to tell them, or have a business name. It has been heard that they do check out websites and craft fairs to make sure you are registered, so please bear this in mind.0 -
Evening, well so far I've listed 8 things on eBay, all outgrown kids shoes, got to list another 2 things minimum tonight to reach my target :j the mobile app is really easy to use so that makes it ALOT easier! Hoping out of this weekends listing ill be able to knock off another 1% off our debt
Husband is getting paid £135 off a friend for a website he made her (this is his profession) so after Tax has been paid on it we will be putting half of it towards the credit card so perhaps just under 1% there.
Hope everyone is taking advantage of the eBay offer and having a nice weekend :cool:DFW Total £21,800 to clear by Dec 2022

Me and ebay are getting out of hand. Husband says he expects to come home and find that the bed has been sold!Waste not, want not!

Craftingmad - the tattoos sound great fun! I saw at the seaside, a couple of years ago, a similar thing and iirc they we're charging around £4/5!!! This isn't even a very commercialised seaside either!
Zepsgal - I will be paying the 100% to my debt all at once as all my debts are interest free as we are on payment plans.
My debts all finish within 9 months, except one, which will take 26 years lol and this is the one I'm doing this challenge for. It's a small debt, currently £316 so I'm aiming for £300 - 1% is £3 lol. I know it's not much but once this debt is done and dusted I will do this challenge again but for savings.
* I will be saving anything under 50p in a sealed tin (already joined this challenge) and I will use this to go towards the debt, the same with my £2 coins (also joined).
* Anything leftover from our grocery budget at the end of the month will be added too.
* I will be eBaying as much as I can, we could do with decluttering anyway.
* I'm also trying to get back into the swing of surveys.
* I have lots of specialist books I can sell.
* I have about 1 1/2% in quidco.
* I also have nearly 1000 points in Swagbucks, I think I'm nearly at £5.
This £300 should be quite easy to bash! The savings, however, will be much tougher. But I'm up for a challenge! :j0 -
Morning everyone! Well I popped 2 mpre things on ebay and our of the 10 I already have 2 watchers and 1 bid all on different things
set to end in 5 days rather than the usual 7, figured I might get better sales that way.
Baking fairy cakes with my daughter today, that will be nice. Going to try and list more on eBay and have a NSD.
