I booked my deal, before the t&C's changed. i returned from my stay, on the 2nd sep, and my £691 was refunded last week. :j :j

Now my sister who also came on the trip with us, and booked same hotel, dates, etc, also had an e-mail of e/jet stating a full refund. has contacted them, and guess what there saying that she isn't entitled to 1. And that she can have a voucher for 10 % off for when she next books a hotel with them.

So how can they refund me, but not my sister, just fired a letter off to them, including copies of there e-mails agreing to the refund. Also said that if i don't receive an answer within 48 hours, i will be contacting a solicitor, as they are not agreeing to there original t&C's.

My dad said that something would go wrong, and i said that it couldn't, that they had promised the refunds. Wouldn't mind my sister booked 2 rooms so she is expecting. £1 382:huh:

if you had it in writing then they cant go back on it legally

Right here is a copy of the e-mail agreeing the refund.
I would like to inform you that your double price guarantee claim has been
accepted and you will be refunded double the difference 1382 GBP after the
completion of your stay at the hotel.

    Best Regards

this was dated tue 6th march, and this is the e-mail that my sister replied to when she returned from her stay.

This is the reply that came back
As per our terms and conditions refunds and £10/15€ discount voucher forwarding will only be made after completion of stay by the claimant at the named accommodation establishment for the named booking and will be credited within 180 days after completion.
I am sorry that this has not been mantioned to you by my colleague.

My sister again replied via the original e-mail and guess what came back today.

so i decided to ring e/jet. I got through to a Boris, and explained the above, and mentioned that i'd already had a e-mail on the 6th march stating that a full refund would be forthcoming. I also explained that if this matter was not sorted out in the next 48 hours, then i would be submitting a claim through the small claims court. Borris took my phone number and true to form 15 mins later, he rang back. And told me that a full refund would be back in my account in 5 - 7 days. I asked for this to be sent in an e-mail and this has just come through.

    Dear Madam,

I would like to confirm that there is a full refund applied. You will be
credited back in 5-6 days, not more that this. Here is a screenshot from
    our payment system.
I am glad we were able to sort this out.

    Best Regards
    Boris Toshkov

    Thank you boris.
