Would normally agree with you Bob, but the thread is 27 pages long!

So to summarise for any newbies, the Double the Difference deal is currently as follows:

Easyjet destinations only
Available on bookings of two nights or less, and up to two people
Refund will be made up to 180 days after stay
Only one claim per three months

Just to let you guys know that, I have helped my friend made a valid claim in Feb for a stay at March end at Amsterdam for 3 nights, now we have been back for about 3 weeks and she still hasn't received the money! To make it worse, I lent her my credit card for the booking as she didn't have one.....as EJT has change the terms twice I'm now really worried if they will start say they can't pay me because of the change of the T&C, as obviously "easyjet will administrate the scheme"......gonna find somewhere to cry if I don't get money back, it's more than £600...

They cannot legally not repay you (your friend). I am sure you will get it back. You have a contract with them and they cannot alter the terms retrospectively.

I have two bookings outstanding, so will have to see.

I am finding EJH v slow to reply at the mo. I emailed my claim on the 18th, got a v quick reply to say they couldn't find my pricematch on findrooms, emailed them straight back, and have heard nothing since.

from my last stay (which was in two parts) I've had the big bit but not the littler bit. i'm not too worried at the moment and i'm sure they'll pay.
