Hold down the 'Windows' key (it has the Windows logo on it and is bottom left and bottom right of keyboard) and press 'Print Screen' (top right, after F1, F2.........F12). Open a program like Paint and select 'Paste'. Save as a JPEG.

I always press shift + print screen to get a screenshot
    then either:
go to edit in the top menu then click on paste
or press ctrl + v to paste

Question on this deal - don't you guys think this is a bit risky to do large difference offers? I see EJH doesn't refund you until after your trip is over. I've found deals on expensive hotels where EJH is much more, but it seems there is some risk with booking through EJH.

For example, I found a 5-star hotel at £400 with one place but £600 at EJH. The guarantee should mean I end up with a £400 refund, making it £200 out of pocket.

However, I then am putting £200 at risk in case EJH doesn't give the refund. I've seen on the site that you are only risking your cancellation fee because you can cancel if they reject the offer. However, do they confirm the pricematch very quickly, and once they confirm it, are you guaranteed the refund afterwards?

    Thanks!

as i understand EasyJet don't start their Krakow route until October - so presumably I can't claim on a Krakow hotel until then?

    thanks
