    Dear Mr Sanders,

Our Double Price Guarantee promise regards all hotels that are listed on our website.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.

    Best regards,

interesting, yet mistaken. the policy was any hotel a month or so ago but they have clamped down to easyjet destinations. Brighton falls under london, as they fly there

FYI - I have just sent a request to Quidco to see if they can add Easyjethotels - I noticed tonight they have Hotelopia at 9% cashback. Would be even better if they add EJH :p
    Quidco ~ £3,718 | Greasypalm ~ £354 | Freefivers ~ £45 | Pigsback ~ £260 shopping vouchers + 15 CDs
    Total cashback / freebies / money-saving: 2006 ~ £3,961 | 2007 ~ 3,610 | 2008 ~ £4,159 | 2009 ~ £1,449

  • I believe Hotelopia is another name for Easyjet Hotels - because Ive just booked my hotel through Quidco, and Ive email EJH re the double difference guarantee - will let you know how I get on!
    Nice to save.

I've seen a lot of posts on this thread where people have successfully got EJH to say they will fulfil the claim, but not so many people reporting back once they have returned from holiday.

Has anyone had problems getting EJH to actually follow through and pay the money into their account once they return from the trip?? How long afterwards did you have to wait? Did you have to get in touch with EJH to remind them?

I would love to take advantage of this loopyhole but I just keep thinking how easy it would be for EJH to ignore me when I get back from holiday and leave it up to me to pursue them for the money. I worry that an email from EJH before the holiday, especially if it's quite informal, doesn't give me much of a leg to stand on once I return.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Absolutely no chance.

Easyjethotels are a Hotelopia affiliate. Hotelopia pay easyjet a commission . Most affiliates like quidco get 9%. Because EJH are a big brand in their own right, hotelopia probably give them a few % more.

Hotelopia safe 6 promises to "refund the difference"
Because EJH want you to book with their version of Hotelopia ,so they get more commission, they have added to the hotelopia safe 6 price guarantee by offering DOUBLE (If you book through them). If you have not booked through EJH then they have absolutely nothing to do with the transaction.Quidco get the commission and pass it on to you

Its a bit like buying heinz beans in ASDA and asking TESCO for the refund.
  • Can I just confirm....
I book the hotel through EJH
Then email EJH telling them ive found it cheaper?

How long does it normally take

    thanks
I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something

Please can everyone carefully read the first post of this thread, budgetflyers guide (link on the post) and the easyjet terms and conditions.

Easyjet refund claims (i have received 5 to date and i am away this weekend on a freebe) about 7 days on average after the stay, some may take longer and they reserve the right to pay after 28 days.

If you have found a deal and not sure whether it will work out for you, post it here and someone will check it out for you. Dont assume unless you are experienced as this could be a costly error.

Can't you remember the name of the hotel jmarko?!

Were you having a dizzy moment? Must be my bad influence!

Well I can now move again, so if there is anywhere else you want to try then give me a shout, although it won't be this afternoon - I'm going to the hairdressers! x
