Hi, has anyone who bought the offer last week received their plants yet?

No, I ordered on the 7th, received an e-mail acknowledging my order shortly afterwards, payment was taken from my account on the 13th, other than that I have heard nothing, I have just e-mailed them a few minutes ago for an update.

I haven't heard anything either but money was take on 11th.

I e-mailed on Tuesday the 12 th, and still not received a reply.

The plants arrived today, 8 trays taped together, 6 horizontal, and 2 vertical, so they were bashed about a bit. Overall i am not too disappointed with them, although the Geraniams were rather poor. Had i seen the plants before purchase i would not have bought them. Perhaps i was expecting too much, but the ad. did say that they were originally priced at £100, which i find very hard to believe.
I do not think that i would buy this sort of offer again.
I look forward to hearing other customers opinion of their plants.

No advance warning of delivery, and post office delivery.

Don't get you hopes up, as others have said, 40 bedraggled hanging basket plants, not really worth the money paid! Sent Royal Mail, no warning when to expect delivery.

Had mine delivered, all described as hanging basket plants (not what I had ordered)
Phoned them and spoke to a very uninterested girl who said that the 'Hanging Basket' description is wrong and they can be used as bedding plants.
I then said that there was no way that the selection I received was worth £100 so I was told to send them back and then they would refund me.
I know it's only £15 worth but I am NOT gonna let them get away with this.

Had an e-mail from them this morning to say that the plants had been despatched, and to allow up to 5 days for delivery, very strange, as the plants arrived last Saturday.
I sorted the plants out yesterday, after giving them time to "rest and recover" as their leaflet suggests.
Generally they were in a poor condition, and certainly not worth the £15 it cost to receive them.
I think that i could have purchased similar from our village car boot for about £7 or£8.
I contacted VM customer services yesterday afternoon and asked to be removed from their mailing and e-mail list, as i would definately not buy from them again.
