With a drop of 0.51% that will be a hard pill to swallow. I’m scrambling my mind trying to ascertain what their method is.slinger2 said:
Of course, this is the problem with a variable rate product. I've got most of my ISA cash in 1-year fixes at around 4.5%. On the remote chance that I'll need the money I'll happily pay the (roughly) 1% penalty.wiseonesomeofthetime said:Well, there you have it. Same as the Limited Access Saver, Monument Bank, have confirmed a rate drop from 4.76% to 4.25% wef from 29 May 2025.
Monument must be aware that such a big cut is going to annoy a lot of their customers. Perhaps they're thinking that most will stay at 4.25%.1 -
It has 0 because it has no reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!gesdt50 said:

The link on the main site takes me to a Cynergy Bank webpage showing a fixed rate (not variable)?Rosa_Damascena said:I have to say I am cross with MSE for its inaccuracy on the main website saying that Cynergy Bank pays a fixed rate of 4.17%. It is in fact a variable rate.
What I'm after is a fixed rate (hence fixed term) cash ISA that I can transfer previous years ISAs into. Unsurprisingly, the best rate are variable.1 -
I think it has been 4.76 since the end of last year and we've now had 2 rate cuts. They held firm in Feb.MichaelAP said:

Email from Trading 212:"We're adjusting our base interest rate for GBP (Pound Sterling), effective as of 26 May 2025.
Your rates will be as follows: Trading 212 Cash ISA: From 4.35% to 4.10%
Your Cash ISA promotional rate remains unaffected and will continue to be applied on top of the base interest rate.1 -

So now T212 are dropping the rates again looking for a flexible ISA to transfer too
Is Monument going to be the best currently to transfer to that gives monthly interest0 -
Monument will be reducing to 4.25% as of 29 May. It’s still the best for a Flexible ISA. For Non-Flex Tembo are still at 4.80% but are yet to publish any changes to rates from the last BOE rate cut.Johnny-Cage said:So now T212 are dropping the rates again looking for a flexible ISA to transfer too

They do have a zero rating, but with 0 reviews, it's a bit harsh to be calling them out on that!1
