Yes, that one seemed to come and go very quickly for some reason.0

Shawbrook: Credit where credit's due:
Their 5.71% 1 yr fixed rate ISA.
On Thursday morning I apply online, as existing customer, get the account opened .
IWeb isn't in their dropdown list of transfer-in providers, so I phone.
Answered quickly & CS guy says he'll email me the transfer paperwork. While we're still talking the email arrives.
A few hours later, I fill it in on screen, print it off, sign it, scan signed copy, email it back.
10 minutes later I get an 'Important Doc' email, login to see transfer request receipt acknowledged .
Then another, now them confirming they've forwarded the transfer request to IWeb.
All on Thursday17/08/2023.
I get an email yesterday morning, Monday 21/08, saying my ex IWeb (c£30k) funds are in my Shawbrook ISA account.
S&S ISA to Cash ISA in two working days...!

As a new customer I found the Shawbrook process very good, I called just after account opening, the chap who answered was just as you would hope, able to use the balanced conversation cycle which meant an easy and straight forward chat was had without any misunderstanding or requirement to repeat anything.I selected them over the provider offering 5.7 and 5.9 and retrospectively, it was a good decision.Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes, thank you and no.
Thank you.0 -
Why didn't I go for RBS 5.7/5.9%? I'm blacklisted by the NW/RBS/Ulster group.
Why? Not sure. Waiting DSAR.0 -

If they are listed on the electronic ISA transfer list, they should all be as good as that.

Just a heads-up that the Paragon ISAs that have been withdrawn recently (the 1 year fixed rate at 5.75% and Double Access at 4.50%) are still available to existing customers. This is often the case when Paragon withdraw accounts.2
