Mine failed twice. Went for NSANDI instead - Went straight through and got instant confirmation (paid via debit card).
Can I open a second cash ISA this year with NSANDI, even though I have opened one with Tesco?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Could someone please clarify something for me?
Last week I opened a 3 year fixed rate ISA at Halifax which I will be unable to pay any more funds into. I want to open another cash ISA next week and pay in my full allowance for 13/14, do I have to open this at Halifax as well, or can it be opened anywhere.0 -

As it is a new tax year from midnight tonight, you can open the new ISA anywhere you want - Doesn't have to be Halifax.0 -

What constitutes being a member? My 12/13 ISA was a Regular Saver one with them and it doesn't mature until April 17th. So does that mean I can open one for 13/14 before then. (I plan to transfer my old one out to a better rate but don't need to mention that until after!)
If anyone knows, I'd be grateful. Thanks.0 -

We define our 'members' as anyone who has held a minimum of £100 with the Society for 12 months or more. Members also include our mortgage customers with over £100 on loan. To be a full (voting) member, you also have to be over 18 years of age. Being a member gives you a number of rights within the Society.
Not for me then...0
