On the app mine is showing as 4.23% but a rate of 2.54% for transfers in.

That suggests they've given you a follow-on bonus. They did that for me when I signed up for a 3-month bonus rate last year. I seem to recall they didn't tell me until several days later that I had a new bonus rate.

I’m transferring my Moneybox ISA to HSBC. I believe Moneybox don’t have an account number/code, do I just put my NI number as the account number?

I emailed mine on the 28th March and haven't heard anything back yet. Lots of people here have been saying they got confirmation of receipt with a day or two so I've sent a message on the app to query it. No response as yet but I'm starting to get a bit concerned about the 15 day transfer limit. I've paid in other funds already though.

Good luck I had a bad time getting my ISA moved out of Plum, they never answered my emails and it took around 25 working days to move it to Paragon.

So far they've acknowledged the transfer request within 1 working day, credited my bonus ahead of sending the funds and quoted "up to 10 working days". Here's hoping.

I’ve transferred out of them to Aldermore and it all went fine. I put 00-00-00 as the sort code. They also didn’t close my account so I’ve continued to fund it.
