I had no problem transferring out of T212.
Only annoying thing is once the bonus rate ends the rate is no longer competitive.

Can I ask who you transferred out to, and a rough timescale of transfer time?

Barclays and from memory it took less than a week.
Chip to Barclays on the other hand was a right mess and I ended up cancelling the transfer altogether.

I've had this since it was launched (so didn't qualify for any of the more recent "new customer" bonuses. But I did several transfers in both directions without issue. It's still open with a nil balance but I am considering using it for my "day to day" savings in the new tax year - it's flexible, withdrawals are quick and even though I could get a better rate elsewhere it's one less app to worry about as I also use their Stocks and Shares ISA.

HSBC have now increased their 13 month fix to 4.5% 😀 and its included in the cash bonus offer 😀

I'll be coming to the end of my time with Plum next week. So far my experience has been good, so we shall see how they deal with the transfer out. They reversed on their bizarre policy to delay crediting interest, and also their policy to not to send bonus interest together with the other funds when someone transfers out at the end of the bonus period.

basically £150 on a £20,000+ funded ISA, £250 on a £50,000+, and £500 cash bonus on a £100,000+ superdeal, works in terms of interest @ rate best on the fixed rate ISA with £20000 @ 5.25 and 5% on the other tiers. Excellent incentive but do read the T&C's on their website as its only certain ISA's and new funds to HSBC only

It also requires you to have an existing current account with hsbc. They specifically mention maintaining the current account rather than opening a new one
