Quite right, my fault for not reading the form completely. Belated apologies to SaffronBS for my wingeing.

You still need to print and fill the form before scanning and emailing?

The PDF is editable so you can fill in your details and save it. If you're adept at signing the form with your mouse you can do that too.
Remember, of course, that eMail is not secure. Most institutions can't cope with encrypted eMail and password-protected ZIP files can also be problematic because they can fail content scanning. A form in the post can get lost too, so be sure you're happy with the method of transmission before using it, whatever is it.

That's the route I took, I saw the form could be inputted but didn't want to risk delay by mouse signature perhaps not being accepted. Printed the blank, wet signature, email attachment. As no ID requirement just the form I was happy to use standard email. As CuparLad says post can also be intercepted.

It's a shame that you need one form per transfer rather than the form having the ability to accept multiple accounts to transfer in.

Scan just a signature. Save as an image. Paste on to any future pdf form that needs a signature.

Also a shame that the Secure Message facility available online does not allow attachments.
Security risk?

My Saffron transfer form arrived next day but I'm going to have to wait until after Easter to send it back,my current fixed rate ISA matures on 2nd April and is then automatically moved to a holding account, which will presumably have a different account number, I don't want to give Saffron the wrong details, combined with businesses shutting down for 4 days over Easter I could be caught doing that

From Saffron Building Society's Website:
Important Notice for ISA Applications:
Due to high demand at the end of the tax year, we have withdrawn our Online ISA and Everyday ISA products to new applications. Existing account holders can use the accounts as normal, and applications already received will be processed. Thanks for your patience at this busy time.An outside chance it might return after 5th April perhaps.

Been a while since I've used an ISA. I've been over the new options and I think I've finally got over the fact I opened a Trading 212 account (for no apparent reason) and can't take that offer. Is Plum the next best option? Are people preferring something safer, less app-based?
