I tried to answer this and ended up cursing the mouse because it wasn't mousing right, nearly fell over the bannisters and down the stairs while I plugged in my son's abomination of a mouse to see if that was working, and it might have been (at least as well as it ever did) except I lost the bit which holds the tracker ball in and that didn't help any. >:( Anyway, hubby is trying to fix it now so I've borrowed my son's computer on which he has a nice new mouse even though he always denied there was anything wrong with the old one.
To cut an irrelevant post short, I couldn't find exactly the salad you described so was going to post details of the two caesar chicken salads they do. If you've already got the calories, someone earlier described how to calculate your WW points from that. And I'm sure doing that will burn off a few calories, if not a few braincells!
But what I really wanted to ask was couldn't your BF do better than MacDonalds if you want a treat after work? Surely, even on a budget, you deserve better than that?
Sorry I caused you so much hassle! lol.
And no we can't really afford to go elsewhere we went there cos we had BOGOF vouchers :-[
(Our budget is now in the minus figures!)
(Seriously!)
I stuck to a mcChicken burger cos I knew how many points was in one of those
We were going shopping to Asda you see and this is right outside so we went in Asda used £5 vouchers off shoping (as much as I dared use in one go!) and then went to maccyDs for BOGOF tea
Although just to add I think maybe you misunderstood - by treat meant something naughtyDream of being mortgage free....

I tried a low carb diet about 18 months ago (Atkins)....lost loads of weight really really quickly.....looked and felt great.....and ended up in hospital with kidney problems!
Have now put all the weight back on and more.....and am just about to start all over again with a different diet (Weightwatchers at home).

Hi WM, we'd love to have you along for the ride.
A tip: I mentioned to a colleague I don't see very often that I was aiming for overweight by Christmas, and she said "How are you going to do it: eat less or exercise more?" And I said "A bit of both", which I am convinced is the only way to do it.
Mind you, the last two days have been disastrous: I've been out having fun two nights in a row, which is a bit of a record for me, and both nights there were rather scrummy puddings on offer. My downfall. Will have to go for a good long walk tomorrow as I'm not in the office!

Only 2 days to go to my daughters wedding and I managed to lose 2 pounds.
Mind you my hubby said maybe it had something to do with the fact that I hadnt sat down for nearly a week. Too busy getting everything ready. Men just dont understand these things .
So thats it Hair appointment booked, suit fits all we need now is a dry day on Saturday. I am sure we will have a great time whatever the weather does.
Tell you all about it next week
Love and best wishes

Hi everyone
I am 26, mother of 3 year old Phoebe and 12 week old Honey.
I'm 5ft 7 and weight about 12 and a half stone and desperate to lose weight.
I am veggie, eat no fish or chicken....Love bread, pasta, cheese, all the stuff which is really bad for you, well in the amounts I eat it anyway!
I would really love some ideas on the best diets around suitable for veggies, have obviously spent hours looking around various websites, but its hard to pick one thta will work!
Thanks
