Can anyone tell me the criteria for winning SW slimmer of the week please?
    I haven't got one!
  • hehe,

I was naughty this morning though - as per the post above I am not due to start until Wednesday - so the muller rice puds have gone :) (yum) had a smoothie I made on Sat today and tasted nice (bit waterly at the moment, but a quck stir is okay)

Lunch box this evening (working evenings til 2am) contains, 1 bottle of 1.5litres of water, 2 apples, 2 bannanas, 20 cherry toms and a kiwi - I will not be eatening it all, just something that I quickly chucked into the box.

I can't live without the milk (so its got to stay) :), gonna make a blueberries, banana and milk smoothie tomorrow and see what its like

As with the Strawberrie - the ones I got are from Egypt (sp?) taste nice and sweet -

Still weight wise is hanging in 15s 10lbs... not going anywhere at the moment.

Got a pedometer today as well - 1100 steps so far in 2 hours (and at work  )

 Me I can :j I have won it twice LOL.

You have to have the highest weight loss in the class that week, stay to class and have either lost or maintained the week before.

Hope this means you are up for it this week?;)

I have the Gillian McKeith book, not the latest one, I look at it from time to time but I know I wouldn't be able to do the eating plan and live my normal life. Good luck to you if you are doing it, keep posting and let us know how it's going.

I managed not to have my coffee this morning  and have survived so far on mint tea (no sugar!) and a mango, banana, peach and blueberry smoothie. The blueberries went in last and weren't blended - not so nice today :(

For lunch I have Miso soup (like a cuppa soup but smells like an oxo cube  finally found a packet last night in Holland and Barrett - expensive at £2 for 4 small sachets!) and another large salad with avocado and tomatoes. Dinner is soup which I made last night - leeks, an onion and 2 tins of borlotti beans ~ mmmmm

However, it may not taste the nicest but I feel good so far and full of energy ( I hoovered last night instead of watching tv and then cooked until 10pm so that I didn't have to rush round making everything this morning) so I am keeping going - it must be doing something right :D

Haven't weighed myself since last Sat when I came in at 11 stone 6

The fruit teas were half price in Sainsbury's last night so I stocked up :T

  • I've done my monthly weigh-in and in January I can report a loss of 17lbs :j :j :j

I hope I can do as well this month and I should be super sexy by the summer :rotfl:
