OP, I thought you said the nursery was going to let you know if your husband took your child in? Have you rang them to see?
Candy
He was never my husband, and i now have my daughter back,
Thank you so much for everyones replies, she was dropped off at 12.20 by the girlfriend who "needed to go out"
Off to the solicitors now, with my daughter to get something sorted out.0 -
phew! they'd obviously had a bit of a re-think.
See a solicitor and make sure you stop this happening again.0 -
Phew! Though you may need to get advice to ensure he can't do it again as there is nothing stopping him picking her up from nursery and doing the same again. The GF doesn't seem too bothered about your DD.Confusednfrightened wrote: »He was never my husband, and i now have my daughter back,

step parents have a built in natural instinct to reject other peoples children.
It is a natural instinct in humans from birth to ensure our genes are passed on and not the genes of others children.
Trust me, the idea of his new bird bringing up your child wont last long at all, she wont be able to control the animal within and it will end in one almighty fall out.
This bloke is trying to play with your head.
Play him at his own game.
EDITED : as I type it resolved, did not take the animal inside long to show its head did it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

You could give the new girlfriend the benefit of the doubt - she might have brought the child back because she thinks the father was wrong.0 -
