Vent at road rage drivers who tell you to get out your car and then drive off.....

Once i was sat in a lane turning right when a car coming in the opposite direction overtook the car in front of him, which meant he was coming directly at me!
He was in a sh!tty 1.0 litre little thing and i knew he wasn't going to get back in in time. I slammed my motor into reverse and shot backwards giving him space to get back in - accident averted.
However, the red mist set in and i 180'd to follow him. I caught him, signalled him to pull over to give him a jolly good telling off. He duly pulled over, got out and keep towards me.
He was a man mountain and i am not ashamed to admit i bricked it. I promptly gave him the finger and roared off.0 -

Exactly the reason why it's best not to get involved ... you never know who you're messing with!!!0 -
What a ridiculous carry on.
Why not just let him in to the queue ? Whats your problem OP ? As someone has already mentioned, he could have been lost and got in the wrong lane by mistake, if he didn't, so what ?
I'd rather let someone in than encounter someone like the OP ! Next time this happens, you might not be so lucky, the other driver might not race off. You might get beaten to a pulp, or worse. Is it really worth it ?0 -

He wasn't lost. He was the typical impatient idiot who thought he could skip the queue and barge in.
If he had slipped past slow with his indicator on i would have let him in. The fact he came hammering up and then saw a small gap and just shoved in front of me is what !!!!ed me off.
And yes, I thought it was worth it.0 -

To be fair, the OP was in a Fiesta and came across as equally impatient.
That space in front of his car was sooooo precious.0 -
