    Afternoon all

    Sunny but chilly here.

    Paid stuff done.

Olympic tickets have arrived - very excited.

CY good luck for your DD this afternoon, it is a paper none of them want to do, no consolation but at least they are all in the same boat.

Going to do HHI with PMQs

    Hi

Back at work here, need to stop off at shops on way home as have some storage purchases to make... Hope they have what I need.

So not much time for flying, as will be collecting kiddies then, and thats me taken up till bedtime.

I do plan to a bit more flinging a la spare room, later. I have a small chest of drawers that has a few bits in, none of which we use, probably, and I'll finish the shelf unit. It's mainly books and discs which I will stash with the others for when I reach that part of my list...

There is also the sides of DD's cotbed leaning against the wall. I can now slot these into the back of the cupboard, until she's ready for a proper bed, then will sell (hopefully). And then I'll move on. To the kitchen I think... which could really use a lick of paint...

    Best wishes to all

Thanks and you're not late, official start time is 13:30 (13:45 at our school after lunch breadk :D)

    Ironing all done.
    Lunch eaten.

Off to DS3's school athletics at the stadium next. Going to get changed into something warmer first and take a flask with me (I'm a pro at knowing how much over times these things run;))

I have a colleague with a similar problem. Could you pm me details of the company, if you have time? Thank you.

With regards to the bee issue, try ringing your local council and asking for the details of any local bee keepers. They often come and remove nests free of charge as it means more bees (and honey!) for them.

Many thanks - 35 minutes to go...... ( I could do with a smiley with chewed nails I think!)

I tried our local council with the bee problem but got nowhere fast! I even tried to find local beekeepers, but the local website said they would come and collect a swarm, but not a nest...and raised all sorts of problems - ie goingup ladders etc.In short you need someone with insurance I think!

CY I have one very depressed DS who had not revised enough stuff and didn't like the questions at all - hope your DD did better

DS3 also not happy with his baton pass in the relay but his school still won the track competition out of all the schools in the area so that was great.

Thankfully DS2 was very happy with how his Maths exam went.

I did get all my ironing done before I went, think I'll have 15 minutes in the garden next, just pottering.

    Hello flylady friends,

Well done to the the offspring taking exams. I really hope they get the grades they need.

I'm settling down in my job now. I've been asked my holiday plans for the rest of the year so I think I'm secure. I am doing better at eating properly. I wasn't eating lunch which led to BS crashes mid afternoon when I ate rubbish to keep me going.

DS1 has been tasked with keeping the house tidy. He's not doing too bad. We are taking them to centreparcs in 2 weeks time and they have all been advised that keeping things clean and tidy will result in more money for activities. What a pity I don't have this bribe 24/7/365!

Dinner is simmering and I'm going to give the bathrooms a S/S
