My two dc's were scoffing crackers, ham and buns last night. DS (who is three) went to get the rechargeable carpet sweeper and cleaned up all their mess, bless him! He did a really good job of it, too. Little lamb! :A

I found you on page 2

Luckily the cleaner will be doing the bits on the list as I feeling quite queasy this afternoon. I had quite a strenuous morning and am paying for it now so have cancelled my piano lesson for today (I must be ill as I love them) and am decluttering some me time.

27 fling boogie took over an hour!! i turned it into a marathon of rounding up old lotto tickets checking before ripping and recycling, sorting all mags and newspapers for recycling, people piles on stairs that will go up with their owners!!! tortoise fed and tidied and water bowl washed out. all non ironing folded and taken up, towels off banister rail folded and put back in bathroom. think i deserve a cuppa after that!
going to have one do the boys tea then start on the kitchen

Lounge and hall done as best I can manage, and Lottie has has her walkies.Dry walkies today!:D

Still need to give the smoke alarm its weekly test; will wait til Mr LW is home, take Lottie into the back garden, and get Mr LW to poke the alarm - thus avoiding giving Lottie a fright. Bless her, she's scared of her own shadow!:o

Frog-inna-bog for tonight's dins (aka veggie toad in the hole) so I'd better think about making up some batter!:o

Only just got home so no planting done. In fact, nothing done.

Will go fetch tots from nursery in a minute. Just needed 10 on my own.

Have leftover curry for supper and will sort through bedding pile for spare bed tonight. Still waiting for a charity bag through door. If not by fri I will take them to the banks at the supermarket...

Wheelie bin emptied today so flinging will continue. Wish I had a bigger green bin, though.

Have decided against buying expensive drawer units for my new bedroom. I borrowed my big white wicker hamper from the spare room to put my lamp on, so might try get a matching one for other side. I can put bedding in one, and towels in the other, and use the underbed drawers for my undies etc. I'm using one of those canvas hanging sweater organisers at the mo for nighties etc and it's impossible to keep tidy...
